Natural Pet Food and Supply will strive to fill your order timely and accurately. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us. We will do everything possible to remedy the problem.

POLICY

All unused/unopened items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the product price; however, we do not refund shipping charges. All used/opened product returns will be evaluated individually.

Include with the product a description, PayPal receipt and your concerns.

For approved returns we will initiate a refund via PayPal within 1 business day. In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, please contact us.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped upon receiving notification from PayPal. Most orders will be shipped via USPS, or UPS ground in the case of large items, within 1 business day. Fees will be calculated at the end of the shopping cart process. Some items, such as natural foods, carry a fixed shipping charge due to the heavy weight of the items and the resulting increased shipping costs.

PRODUCT SELECTION

Natural Pet Food and Supply strives to provide the latest in holistic care for your pet. The product line we carry is designed for the general maintenance needs of most pets. We do carry natural pet food products and supplements which are not currently listed on our site as it continues to be a work in progress. Some of these products are Beckers Bites, Natures Variety, Urban Wolf, Honest Kitchen, and Merrick. Please contact us for further information.

The products listed here are not replacements for proper veterinary care, and Natural Pet Food and Supply recommends that the use of supplements as the sole form of care for any condition be supervised by a veterinarian, preferably one with a holistic background. Please email the staff with any questions or if you are planning to use a supplement for a purpose not recommended by the manufacturer.
